How do you love God?
A lot of people are focused on a “good growing and mature Christian” in an obsession of “knowing and believing ALL the right details and information”. While truth is vitally important to know and worship God as who He is.
Yet, when you study Jesus – the obsession He gives us isn’t the jot & tiddle, BUT – the responsive behavior as a result of encountering God…. what we do, how we live, what we value, do – don’t do, what we treasure, give ourselves to… NOT the arguments that continually divide the church since Constantine – do we believe and conclude the same details on tertiary issues. Shame on us.
“Our mandate is to reflect and proclaim ‘God is risen and the Kingdom comes’! This is our mission as a school, an college preparatory institution. Our role is to raise up young men who live lives differently as a result of having been through the experience at Jesuit – to live proclaiming Christ is risen and the Kingdom is coming – through His people.”
